\nOur society is mostly about traditions and norms rather than self-love and understanding. Over time, we\u2019ve unconsciously acquired many bad habits. Thus, the interaction with foreigners with acceptance and understanding of social barriers, self-discipline and manners is a merit that only few of us enjoy. Understanding gestures and body language may add more complexity as well. Feet manners and etiquette are no different.
\nAs there are manners and etiquette for people to walk, sit and dine; there is a well-known established etiquette for feet too. Some people are of noble birth and have naturally acquired such manners but those are less than 10% percent of the population. It is actually necessary for others to learn such manners. The importance of feet etiquette lies not in actions only but rather in interactions and dealing with others. The idea of propping feet in public and reserving preening and grooming for private times is actually faulty and wrong.
\nWhat you do with your feet and how they show at the beach is not acceptable in a restaurant or in a car. For instance, a car\u2019s glove compartment was not meant to be a stool for your feet! Also, because feet are closer to the ground and prone to germs, waste, dog poop and chewed-<\/p>\n
