Participant: Any person who purchases or attends an online or offline course.
Online Course: Digital training delivered via website, email, platform, or recorded material.
Offline Course: Any in-person workshop, event, or physical training program.

- Eligibility
The participant confirms:
- They are at least 18 years old, or
• They have legal guardian approval
The participant is legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Saudi law.
- General Rights of Lulu Alhassan
Lulu Alhassan reserves the right to:
- Modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time
• Change course structure, duration, or content
• Cancel, suspend, or restrict access in case of violation
Updates apply to all participants unless stated otherwise.
- Registration & Account Responsibility
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Sharing account login details is strictly prohibited.
Logging in from excessive devices may result in suspension at our discretion.
The participant is fully responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
- Courses & Educational Material
All courses are for educational purposes only.
Results vary from participant to participant.
We do not guarantee financial gain, career success, or business outcomes.
All materials are for personal use only and may not be:
- Recorded
• Copied
• Distributed
• Resold
• Taught commercially
Violation may result in immediate removal without refund and legal action.
- Online Courses
- Access is granted after successful payment.
• Access duration may be limited.
• No refunds once access is granted.
Failure to watch content within the access period does not qualify for extension or refund.
- Offline Courses
- Seats are confirmed only after payment.
• If the participant fails to attend, fees are non-refundable.
• Transfers require written approval.
If Lulu Alhassan cancels or reschedules:
- A replacement seat may be offered, or
• A refund may be issued at our discretion.
Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.
- Individual Mentorship / Sessions
For private sessions:
- Accurate information must be provided.
• Participant must attend at the scheduled time.
• Missed sessions are non-refundable.
• Technical preparation is the participant’s responsibility.
- Payments
- All payments are processed through the official website.
• Course access appears after successful payment.
• Bank transfers may require up to 48 working hours for processing.
• We do not accept unofficial payment methods.
- Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Access to online material has been granted
• Participant fails to attend an offline course
• Change of mind
• Failure to read course description
• Technical issues caused by participant
• Lack of expected results
All sales are final unless otherwise decided by Lulu Alhassan in exceptional cases.
- Intellectual Property
All course content, slides, templates, exercises, branding, and materials are exclusively owned by Lulu Alhassan.
Unauthorized reproduction, recording, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- Code of Conduct
Participants must maintain respectful behavior.
Abusive comments, disruptive conduct, or misuse of materials will result in cancellation without refund.
- Limitation of Liability
Lulu Alhassan is not responsible for:
- Participant business losses
• Indirect damages
• Technical failures beyond our control
• Incorrect application of course material
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes fall under Saudi jurisdiction.
